• Application Development Methodology
• Management of a Workflow environment
• C# ; .Net Framework and SQL Server
• Business Process Management
• Middleware and/or other core integration tools and services
• Data modeling and Database Administration
• Monitoring tools and concepts
• Transaction and batch processing, transaction status monitoring.
Service Orientation with good knowledge of SOA, ESB & EAI concepts
3) Queuing, Messaging and Rules Engine - MSMQ, BizTalk BRE or equivalent products
• Senior BizTalk developer with experience in designing/development of BizTalk 2006 / 2010 applications .
• Should have lead level skills in designing/development of BizTalk schemas, Orchestrations and Maps, data transformation and web services
• Strong Expertise with business rule engine development, custom pipeline components & Business Activity Monitoring.
• Prior experience in messaging/integration with social networks is a definite plus but not essential
• Must possess hands on development skills with C#,.NET Framework 4.5
• Proficient in Enterprise Web Development using ASP.NET MVC 4/WebAPI, REST, JSON, JavaScript (jQuery), HTML5, CSS3
• Good Understanding of Object Oriented Principles, GoF Design Patterns, MVC, IoC/Dependency Injection & Enterprise Integration Patterns
• Understand & follow standards for BizTalk and Services development and best practices for creating orchestrations
• Understand & follow best practices for application architecture & design, security and performance.
• Must have strong collaboration skills and should be able to effectively communicate/document application designs with end users, management, and distributed development teams.
